The accompanying internship will provide candidates with real world, school-based leadership experiences focused on the skills and dispositions needed to serve as change agents and advocates for equity in 21st century schools.

How do I apply? Each Nevada Leads cohort begins during the spring semester. The application deadline is November 1st of each year. Applicants need to apply to both the Graduate School and the College of Education.
Current teachers with at least three years of teaching experience are preferred. Applicants should submit the following with their application: Three letters that speak to the applicant's potential for success both as a graduate student and as an educational administrator.
It is recommended that one letter be from an immediate supervisor, one from a school district officer or university administrator, and one from a university professor.
